KY Series Fire-Resistant-Oil Purifier

FUNCTION

The machine was developed according to the feature of fire resistant oil, and used the technique such as deacidification filter, anti-precipitation, coalescence-separation, vacuum drying, fineness filtering, so it can remove acid value, pigment, moisture, gas, particles from oil efficiently. The machine is made of materials which are compatible with fire resistant oil, and it has pleasing appearance, easy operation, low noise, long life. It has solved a series of technical problems such as compatibility, thermal stability, hydrolysis stability, solvent effect, proportion characteristics and toxicity etc.

APPLICATION SCOPE & USAGE
The machine applies for fire assistant phosphate oil.
Online maintenance for the fire resistant oil of turbine electrohydraulic adjustment system, fill and discharge oil tank at the same time.
Regenerate and purify the low grade oil to reach and maintain the standard for operation.
Also apply to other hydraulic system which takes fire resistant phosphate oil as medium.

TECHNICAL FEATURE
Reduce acidity and dehydrate efficiently;
Equipped with a new efficient regeneration medium and dehydration module which can reduce the acid value and water from fire resistant oil quickly and efficiently, which also can raise the resistivity and resume oil physical and chemical property.
Fineness filtration (┈∶200)
Adopt the international advanced filtration unit which can reach the grade lower than NAS1638-6 grade after treatment.
Structure is compact, the replacement of filter element is convenient which can be done without any tools, the replacement can be made within 1 minute.
Equipped with the functions of alarm and shutdown, without human’s supervision at site.
