FUNCTION
Fengyu Group patented CK series vacuum evacuating device is widely used for creating vacuum condition in electrical, vacuum metallurgical, welding, drying, chemical pharmaceutical industries. This equipment can get ultimate vacuum 5 Pa under working pressure of 133Pa~5Pa. It’s with the merits of prompt start, high efficiency, reliable function and easy operation.
STRUCTURE & PRINCIPLE
The machine adopt roots pump as main pump and rotary vacuum pump as the first stage pump. Between the first stage pump and main pump, there is a vacuum gas filling solenoid valve that will open and shut with the first stage pump. And electronic vacuum gauge is equipped to observe and control vacuumized space vacuum degree.
