PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Adopted with American advanced fast flush technology, the SLM series oil system flush equipment is a device specially designed to clean the oil system of large equipment (such as turbine generator set). It also purifies granules, fiber, putty, water and other impurities in the oil at the same time of flush. It has the capacity to purify large quantities of oil quickly. It is highly efficient, low cost, easy to maintain and extremely reliable system.

APPLICATION SCOPE
The SLM series oil system flush device is used in cleaning the circulation of oil systems in turbine generator (above 200, 300MW generator), and oil systems purification when carrying out maintenance work for generator sets. Further to this the system flush device will effectively clean the impurities and purify inside all big types of oil system, especially for the large scale equipments after new installation or overhaul, ensuring the equipment works normally, efficiently and reliably.

WORKING THEORY
The SLM oil system flush device is equipped with a large flow pump, flow adjusting valve, filtration system, heater, instruments, electric control panel, sampling cock etc. Before running, temporary pipes connect the inlet/outlet of flush device with the oil system oil tank and inlet of awaiting flushed piping system, which in turn forms a temporary circulating system. The large flow pump extracts oil from the bottom of oil tank, and the oil enter in the oil system via flow adjusting valve, fine filters and heater. The special feature of the large flow pump circulates the oil, and its circulating speed can reach 3m/s with the flow speed is 3 or 4 times of normal speed. It flushes the impurity that adheres to the pipes wall by high speed oil flow, purifying the oil continuously via the filtration system, ensures the oil cleanliness meet the standard requirement, increases oil temperature (¡Ü70¡æ) via heater and pump stirring function. Oil cooler in oil system can decrease the temperature at 20¡æ~30¡æ. This ensures efficient flush in various temperatures. When the oil temperature reaches up to 55¡æ~70¡æ, the blower inside the system starts up and is aided by the large flow whisking to remove moisture in the oil quickly and efficiently.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

  1. Large flow rate, high flush efficiency. It takes about 24~48 hours to flush the oil system in a generic 200MW¡¢300MW and larger capacity turbine generator set, and ensures the cleanliness of the oil reach or exceed MOOG(SAE-60) level 4 (NASI638 level 7). This equipment brings large flow rate, high flush speed (3 times of oil system common working flow velocity), which can not only flush area that¡¯s difficult to clean, but also purify the oil at the same time. With high flush efficiency, it can make oil system clean to improve working conditions.
  2. Adopted with two stages precision filtration, the filter is equipped with patented automatic cleaning filter element, which can filter 90% impurity without replacement and cleaning. This extends the lifetime of the next stage high precision filter as well as improves the working efficiency with lower cost.
  3. The high precision filter is adopted by an international advanced filter element with high performance-price ratio. Filtration material is stainless steel fiber made with special technology. It utilizes the theory of deep filtration and static absorption. It is high precision filtration with good absorption capacity, water and corrosion resistance, and high intensity. Its life is 8~10 times of common filtration element, extremely efficient filtration and convenient to dismantle and replace.
  4. The heater can increase the oil temperature to get various temperatures flush, heat alternating stress improves cleaning efficiency. Meanwhile, the exhaust fan in the oil system can reduce water content under 100ppm rapidly, which causes much higher speed than common water-removing device, say, it only takes few hours to reduce water content from 500ppm to 100ppm in the oil system of 200MW(or above) turbine sets.
  5. Good design structure. It¡¯s adopted with a latest surface treatment technology resulting in high cleanliness inside the equipment, and little maintenance work required.
  6. Adopted with alarm display controlling system and electric controlling system to avoid any filter element jam, which provides full automatic protection. It is easy to operate and maintain.
